However, an AD in turn requires your infrastructure to be IHE-capable. Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) is an international initiative that aims to improve the technical exchange of data and the interoperability of IT systems in the healthcare sector.
The AVINTIS eHealth Gateway was developed precisely for this purpose. It prepares the data from the various applications according to the required IHE profile so that it can be integrated into the AD. The data received from other participants in IHE format is converted into your own data formats and integrated into your applications.
