Nobody likes paying invoices. To at least make the accounts payable process easier for you, we have developed the Optive DocPortal™.
Account assignment, vouchering and approval of your vendor invoices take place via a web portal. This means you have access at all times and can process invoices regardless of time and place.
To ensure you never miss an invoice, the Optive DocPortal™ informs you of upcoming processes with an automatic email. Once the workflow is complete, your ERP system automatically transfers the data. It all works so easily that paying vendor invoices is almost a pleasure.
