The challenge

Garage Ruedi Strub AG has had a large flood of documents since its early days. All documents such as accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices, workshop orders and warranty receipts etc. have to be stored in physical form. This leads to a major space problem and enormous search times for customer inquiries or warranty processing. With the introduction of ELO and the ELO 4 bme interface, a major step towards digital office organization can be taken.

Solution

The use of ELO with the Optive "ELO 4 bme" interface to the bme industry solution makes it possible to digitize document management and document archiving in the garages. In addition, vendor invoice recognition was automated and the approval process digitized.

All relevant customer, vehicle and business documents can be stored digitally with ELO in a legally compliant and audit-proof manner.
