administrative processes are also being reorganized.

The Neuteerbit company was founded in 1933 to produce the newly developed
cold bitumen. The production facility with a rail siding was built in Salmsach, Thurgau. In addition to an extensive range of drum and piece goods, a fleet of 10 spray bar tankers is on the road during the road construction season, mainly in the region of eastern Switzerland, Graubünden and Ticino, to apply its products to roads of various classes.

The challenge

Neuteerbit AG covers various business areas: from surface treatment to crack repair or the rental of tank trailers or cracking equipment. This results in vast quantities of documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery bills, etc. ELO is designed to facilitate the transition to digital office organization and put an end to the flood of paper. The DMS/ECM solution is also to be automatically connected to the existing PROFFIX administration software in order to supply it with information

Solution

ELO and the matching scan hardware as well as the existing PROFFIX order processing system are combined to form a modern document and workflow management solution. This solution was seamlessly integrated into the existing workflows of Neuteerbit AG. When filing different documents, associated information (metadata) from PROFFIX is added, enabling structured filing and fast and convenient searching. Long clarification times and manual typing are thus avoided. This time can be put to good use in acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers.
