Support

My working days at optive are extremely varied. Whether it's looking after the ticket system or providing direct customer support, my motivation is always to find the best solution. Sometimes it's the proverbial search for a needle in a haystack. But when I find it and the customers are happy, so am I.

Project manager

I really enjoy having the reins of a challenging optive project in my hands and always keeping an overview. How is the programming going, what else does the customer need and is everything ready for installation? It's actually the same as with our products: I provide support in making daily working life as efficient as possible.
